The Company shall,and shall ensure that each Subsidiary shall,keep insured at all times and maintain insurance policies in a sufficient amount and with such coverage as determined by the Board,including property and casualty,automobile,inventory,product liability and key man insurance.If the Board so requires,the Company shall purchase director's liability insurance for such of its Directors and with such coverage as the Board determines.Such policies shall be sufficient to cover liabilities to which the Company and the Subsidiaries may reasonably be considered at risk in the course of their respective businesses.Without limiting the generality of the foregoing,the Company shall,and shall ensure that each Subsidiary shall,to the extent necessary and reasonable,keep insured up to the replacement value thereof (including surveyor's and architect's fees) all its properties as are of an insurable nature against fire,theft,lighting,explosion,earthquake,riot,strike,civil commotion,storm,tempest,flood,marine risks,erection risks,war risks and such other risks and shall duly pay all premium and other sums payable for those purposes.Such insurance shall be taken in the name of the Company or the Subsidiary,as applicable and any other person having an insurable interest in the property of the Company or the Subsidiary,as the case may be.
