前者：具体数字+ hundred/thousand/ million/ billion + 名词复数
后者：hundreds/thousands/ millions/ billions + of +名词复数
thousand of的意思是数以千万的，前面加个tow，就不成意思了。而且要加of的话thousand必须加s，这是固定的。thousands of固定搭配。
