个人认为这里的歌词为了押韵,省略了一部分单词,改变了一下顺序.所谓独立主格,其中的名词应该和主句的主语不同啊--
这里的people 与主句的主语一致,不应该理解为独立主格.
个人看法：People talking without speaking .People hearing without listening .People writing songs that voices never share .这三个结构是平行的,而且是可以放在Ten thousand people,maybe more .中的people 后面做定语的.
There may be ten thousand people who are talking without speaking,hearing without listening and writing songs that voices nevershare.(改写为定于从句)
或者 There may be ten thousand people taking without speaking,hearing without listening,writing songs that voices nevershare.(动名词作定语)

因为歌词是像诗歌一样的体裁，有些句子乍一看语法结构有些奇怪也很正常...
你看第一句翻译写 “我看见成千...”
其实可以感觉这里完整结构可能是
I see (ten thousand people,maybe more,)(talking without speaking....)
其实就是 see sb. doing sth.这么看就很自然了。
英语国家的人看到这样的句子大概都是心领神会吧..？
就好像我们宋词里：
年年今夜，月花如练，长是人千里。
你说这个“长是人千里”到底是个什么玩意？
