【Abstract】This paper is based on the existing preferential tax policies for the country,with the related and studied economic concepts and principles,focusing on a variety of drawbacks exsisting in the tax system of the high-tech industry developments,to explain profound theories about the key points in simple language and to bring forward improvement measures correspond with these problem.Along with the arrival of economic globalization,science and technology has been regarded as a quick shot of energy to enhance comprehensive national strength of China.After1990,the developing center has shifted to high-tech industry all over the world,and many successful cases have told us that preferential tax policies play an important role in the development process of high-tech industry.The rising number of high-tech industry parks show us the fact that Chinese government is paying more and more attention to it.So,It has been a focus of the question that how to make Chinese high-tech industry develope vigorously,orderly and sustainablely.

【摘要】This article from the country to the preferential tax policy, based on relevant concepts and principles learned economics, for high and new technology industry development has there are various tax defects, etc., the key to analysis, and put forward the corresponding improvement measure. With the globalization of economy, science and technology are also seen as a promotion our country comprehensive national strength agent "booster". After 1990, the countries all over the world will gradually shift to the development center of high and new technology industry, many successful cases warned us tax preferential policies for development of high and new technology industry is very important. High and new technology industrial park in TouJian display of Chinese government to its increasingly attention. Therefore, how to make the country's hi-tech industry robust, orderly and sustainable development has become the focus of attention of the students to our economy.

After 1990, the world gradually will develop center moved to the high technology and new technology industry, many success stories tell us tax preferential policy for the development of high-tech industry is essential.
