As far as I am concerned, the standards are as follows: First, good salary payment and flexible working time should come first. They are the crucial factors to offer me a stable life. Second, there should be a chance to communicate with the world in order to get the latest information and exchange ideas and thoughts with others. Even a person in a different field may inspire you to innovate. Last but not the least, remember your dream. My dream is to change our small village into a big city with tall and splendid buildings. I want to be an artist in building and proud of my works.】
