The GSO will count all “ Group Code “ for a particular group , and balance this back to the Group Instruction Sheet for the correct number of divide by the total number of the rooms for that particular group, to balance back to the contracted Room Rate for that particular Group whether it be HALF COMPLIMENTARY OR ONE TOTAL COMPLIMENTARY ROOM .
2. This report will be balanced and corrected prior to Rooms and Tax being processed by the Assistant Manager on night duty.
3. GSO will hand this report to the Assistant Manager on night duty with initials as checked and corrected.
4. This report will then be handed over to the Guest Service Manager before the morning meeting
