严肃一点官方一点的就说..plagiarism offense the rules.

copy是很口语的，plagiarism是“抄袭”的正规说法。
你可以询问任何一个native speaker，我们是不说offense the rules的，offense本身是个名词。你如果要强调“抄袭违反规定”，你应该说 Plagiarism is against the rules.
