Spring Festival is also called the Chinese New Year.It is one of the most important traditional festivals in China.In my opinion,it means happiness,reunion,harvest and ,above all,the beginning of new life.Therefore,I have been looking forward to this exciting and fascinating festival of the year 2010 for a long time.
Before the festival comes,everybody in my family was busy in clearing the house and decorating it by pasting Spring Festival couplets.Everywhere is filled with happy ,harmonious and exciting atmosphere.My mother cooked a large and delicious meal on the eve of Spring Festival that is called "chu xi" in Chinese.All my family members were at table for this meaningful meal indicating reunion and harvest.
On the morning of the first day of lunar January,I got up early and dressed myself in new clothes.After having my breakfast with noodles ,I went out to visit my friends and relatives.We chatted happily about what had happened in the past year,made new yaar's resolutions and sent our best wishes to each other.
The Spring Festival is the very beginning of a new year,and everyting looks new ,energetic and hopeful.I wish everyone a happier life in the new year.
春节也叫中国的新年,是中国最重要的传统节日之一.我认为春节意味着幸福、团圆、丰收还有新生活的开始.所以,我一直期盼着2010年春节的到来.
过节前,家里的每个人都忙着大扫除,贴春联装饰屋子.到处充满了喜庆、和谐、兴奋的气氛.春节前夕,也就是除夕,妈妈煮了丰盛可口的大餐（年夜饭）.家人齐聚桌边享用晚餐,年夜饭意味着团圆和丰收.
农历一月一日,我早早地就起床了,穿上新衣服,早餐吃的是寿面.然后出门拜访朋友和亲戚.我们有说有笑,谈论过去一年发生的事情,然后许下新年的愿望,并且互送祝福.
春节意味着新一年的开始,万物都显得崭新、朝气蓬勃、充满希望.我祝愿大家新的一年过上更加幸福的生活.
