Help Desk: Here is the solution: update your anti-virus software immediately, and run your anti-virus to scan your computer completely. I think you got virus on your computer and it took alot memories of your CPU (central process unit).

Help Desk: Yes, you do what I said. How ever, there could be other problem when you do this since I assume you have virus on your computer. If it is not working, I suggest to reinstall your system.
