两个都表过去发生的事.stepping on her foot是一个动作,一刹那完成,一般不用...to her for having stepping on her foot;让人就等是一段时间内发生的事,不单指某一个动作,用...for having kept you waiting.但如果是对于未来发生的事,比如你对朋友约了地方见面,他已经到了,而你有事还得一段时间,你告诉朋友你可能不能及时赶到,他恐怕得等,可以说：i'm sorry but i'm afaid i'm gonna have to keep you waiting for a little longer.
